Programs for Personal Training and Yoga Therapy

If doctors could write one prescription that would have a positive impact on nearly every person and condition that walked into their offices that prescription would be excercise.

All too often people approach excercise in the wrong way. We think the training regimes that we followed in our youth are appropriate for us now. Our pride gets in the way. Perhaps we never understood how to excercise at all.

That fact is, as our bodies change, so must our approach to excercise. We each have different goals and different needs. Motivation, a key factor for any training program, and can be difficult to maintain.

Our Personal Pilates and Yoga Therapy Programs address these concerns and more. Proper attention to alignment, creating a balanced program, working around injuries or limitations and learning something new and fun can all be integrated into a fitness program specifically designed for you.

Yoga class size is limited to give each student personal attention.

We are proud to be the only facility in Orange County to have all classes taught by a medically degreed instructor.

5-series class fee: $60.00
10-series class fee: $100.00
20-series class fee: $150.00
